Marblesoft, LLC of Blaine, MN, today announced the acquisition of Simtech Publications of Harwinton, CT.

The combined companies will do business as Marblesoft-Simtech. Both brands will retain their identities as Marblesoft and Simtech Publications products, but will be marketed together through catalog, Internet and dealer channels. Marblesoft will take over all marketing and fulfillment of Simtech product sales to dealers and consumers.
