When I run the Early Learning Suite, I hear the speech prompts, but the screen is all white. What should I do?

There's a bug in the Early Learning Suite version 1.4.1 that prevents the program from running in "Millions" of colors. You need to set the computer to run in "Thousands" of colors.

Open the Monitors control panel. You'll find it under the Apple menu, in the "Control Panel" folder. Open the control panel labelled "Monitors" or "Monitors and Sound".

Change the monitor to use Thousands of Colors. Close the control panel. The Early Learning Suite will now perform correctly.

This problem has been fixed in the Early Learning Suite version 1.4.2.
